Raghav Mithare

Raghav is passionate about empowering individuals and teams through coaching. 

A software engineer by qualification but has a chosen to be a coach to follow his passion. 

Currently works as a director and regional head with ProcessWhirl Management Consulting UK and he is based in London.  As a SAFe Program Consultant he is qualified to deliver SAFe trainings as per the Scaled Agile Academy training requirements. 

He is a trained and certified coach credentialed at Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level by ICF (International Coach Federation) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance. 

He is also a certified PTC professional, certified in administering psychometric tools from Psytech, and qualified ATU (Assistant Test User Level 1), qualification awarded by EFPA (European Federation of Psychologists Associations).  

Winner of the grand prize (1st runner-up) for the “Fit for Purpose easy competition” at Lean Kanban 2018. Regular speaker at the conferences and writes blogs.
