Hello, I'm Raghavendra Mithare, you can call me Ragz or Raghav. I'm the founder of WhatNext, I hold a degree in computer science engineering, a diploma in Law (Intellectual Property Rights) and a professional coaching qualification (PCC from ICF). Currently based in London working as a Leadership and Executive Coach. 

In 2010 after many years working in large corporates, and having a successful career, I faced a midlife crisis, feeling frustrated with my work despite having a good position and income. This led me to embark on a journey to discover my true north. I attended numerous courses, workshops, and retreats, read various books, and engaged in conversations with enlightened individuals. Eventually, I found clarity and peace of mind.

The key lesson from my quest was that "there is no silver bullet" — no magic formula. Each person must find their own path.

from then on I'm on a mission to help people find their true north.
